 Luxury cottage located in the grounds of a manor house within five minutes walk from Ramelton, County Donegal. Ideal for those who are interested in fishing, golf, riding, hill walking or simply wishing to explore Donegal's beautiful, wild and mountainous countryside and spectacular coastline. Ramelton has a population of 1000 approx. and is an old Georgian port town located on the river Lennon where it joins Lough Swilly. There are several pubs, shops and restaurants in the village with some very fine restaurants within a few miles. Ramelton is located 7 miles north of Letterkenny which is the principal town in County Donegal and within 45 miles of two airports, namely, Derry City airport and Carrigfin airport in the West of Donegal.
Cottage comprises:
Kitchen equipped with normal facilities, including fridge and hob/oven (there is a laundry service in Ramelton); large sitting room and bathroom (comprising toilet, sink, bath/shower). The bedroom covers the entire upstairs with a large bed (7' by 6' approx.) at one end and a sitting area cum Library at the other. The cottage is ideally suited for two people.   Bed linen, towels, etc. are provided free of charge. Visitors are charged for oil and electricity used during their stay ( both are read from meters on arrival and departure). Cottage is heated by means of oil fired central heating.
